Brewery of the month – Pressure Drop Brewing

A brief background on Pressure Drop

Pressure Drop Brewing are based in Tottenham, North London. Having started out in a tiny shed in Hackney, they have grown over their nine-year existence and describe themselves as a tight knit gang made up of eight people.

Beers that are available

Pressure Drop is well known for their hazy, New England style beers. When I was looking at their website placing my order there were lots of choices such as a pale ale, unfiltered pilsner, summer saison, sours and stouts to name a few but the one that caught my eye was actually a recommendation on twitter from the craft beer channel

Alligator tugboat is a 7.2% west coast IPA made with Simcoe hop.
